Bridal appointments are strongly recommended and will take preference over walk-ins. We do our best to take walk-ins, when possible, however, during a very busy day we may not have capacity and may need to schedule another time for you to come in. An appointment helps us better understand and prepare for the flow of our day, but for a more personal experience, we suggest scheduling a week-day appointment, as Saturdays are very popular and the energy is high.
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any merchandise once a payment is made. All deposits are non-refundable. Items purchased “off-the-rack” are all sales final as well.
Any deposit made on merchandise is a binding contract to the total amount due. All balances must be paid within 30 days of arrival into store.
Sizing is based on manufacturer size charts, and unless otherwise indicated, gowns are not custom made to measurements. Sizing choice is ultimately made by the customer. “That Dress” makes suggestions only, but will never choose a size. The consumer is responsible for gown specifics as written in contract and That Dress is not responsible for change in consumers’ measurements.
Typically all garments require some sort of alteration and alterations are not included in the price of the gown and are not provided by That Dress Store. Trusted referrals will be provided upon purchase of gown.
That Dress Store strongly believes in the integrity and ethics of brick-and-mortar sales and pricing policies set forth by designers. More importantly, we will never run the risk of not receiving a customer’s order because of discounting. We will never discount an MSRP set by the manufacturer (with the exception of approved trunk shows). Pricing is subject to change at any time and without notice. That Dress does not price match with the internet and does not offer refunds based on such.
We accept all major credit cards and cash. Personal checks are accepted on deposits only, but are not accepted during pick-ups or any purchases leaving the store. There is a $30 fee on all returned checks.
That Dress Store will be responsible for any un-natural flaws noted while merchandise is in store. That Dress is not responsible for any damages on goods reported once the merchandise has left the premises or after the wear date.
All ship dates are tentative and subject to change. That Dress only guarantees delivery before the given wear date and is not responsible for variations in estimated delivery dates. Special ordered gowns may take 4-6 months for production.
Standard delivery from manufacturer to That Dress Store is free of charge, however, there is a charge for goods shipped from That Dress Store to consumers’ home (option upon request).
